The Sidhapudur Ayyappan Temple is founded by The Coimbatore Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangham, a registered Society in which there are 585 Members as on date.
These members meet once in a year in the Annual General Body Meeting, and chalk out the major policies for the next year.
The responsibility to execute the policies are vested with the Executive Committee, elected by the General Body. The election is being conducted once in three years and 25 members are elected by poling. From this 25 Elected Members, Six Office Bearers, i.e., President, Vice President, Secretary, two Joint Secretaries, and Treasurer are selected and they look after the day to day administration of the Temple. The Executive Committee meet once in a month to review the previous month’s activities and to decide further course of action. The office bearers meet once in a week to review and monitor the day to day affairs. The Same Office Bearers excluding one Joint Secretary, are the Trustees of the Temple. Where the President is the Chairman, Board of Trustees, and the rest of them are Trustees.
